Building a Hydrogen Future.
Just briefly …
H2Marine is a purpose-built facility capable of constructing or converting hydrogen fuel-cell powered vessels in our region. The facilities;
- are sufficient in size to allow construction and conversion of several hydrogen fuel-cell powered vessels at one time,
- have the infrastructure within the construction hall to allow multi-faceted outcomes including vessel construction, painting, complete vessel fit out including the assembly, installation and service of hydrogen fuel-cell technology and host a hydrogen fuel-cell training facility and
- located adjacent to the run way of Shute Harbour Airport for quick access to freight and transport and only 3 kilometres from Shute Harbour Marina.
Hydrogen distribution and storage facility
Up to 3000kgs of gaseous hydrogen storage. This hydrogen fuelling facility will be a catalyst for our region providing the opportunity for local industry to make the transition to hydrogen. Marine vessels, trucks, cars and even Island resorts will have viable reliable source of hydrogen to enable their transit to this clean green zero emission fuel.
